Change steering wheel skin

I found such product from internet: (it's for S60 as well) Linky: Anybody got such experience? Looks like you have to remove the old skin and saw the new one. Not sure how difficult to sew it...

I would have thought it was easier to buy a new wheel? Looks very hard to sew (especially if you're a male!) lol Steve

It would be easier to buy a new steering wheel but they are very expensive. Great to be able to buy a new skin. On my V70 the leather part of the steering wheel by the windscreen was slightly damaged due to sunlight and an option would have been to replace the skin. Thanks

I would get one of my friends who does upholstery to do it if I needed it. Also there are lots of Upholstery companies who would find this work an easy job. Would still be cheaper then a new steering wheel. Thanks
