Newbie!!

Hello everyone, I have looked at the forums and everybody seems really friendly and helpfull, so I decided to register. I've got a 2001 V70 2.4 and we are taking it to the main dealers in Basingstoke this afternoon. We've only had the car for about a month and are very pleased with it. Had a V40 before, very nice car but a bit too small to fit the large dog in the back. Anyway decided to have a Winter Check done and also they said they wanted to have a look at the car, a recall!! My wife spoke to them and she was under the impression it was to do with the cooling system. But having looked at the threads on the forum I was wondering if it is the dreaded ETM problem! I will keep you posted as to what happens. Many thanks, Tony

Thank you very much for your warm welcome. The car goes in to the main dealers on Friday for the ETM clean up and upgrade. I'll let everyone know if it makes a difference. Cheers.
