S70 AWD manual

MessageAuthor

Hi all, possibly looking to buy 99 T plate S70AWD manual version with 87k on the clock are there any tips on what to look for apart from the normal stuff, have taken it for a test drive and all seems to be ok no horrible noises or cluncks, gearbox seem nice and smooth with no crunches, only concern were the front brakes but dealer said he would sort them. Thanks Kevin

Don't let it put you off entirely, that wasn't the intention :) My dad bought a V70R AWD at the start of the year and has had 6000 miles of happy motoring since then. With the price of the classic S/V70 as they are at the moment it's not such a worry I suppose.
