No time selection possible (SOLVED)

Sorry I forgot to mention : this is a 3.101 issue Hello, There is a glitch that annoys me. I cannot select anymore a portion of time, with left click + dragging the scroll bar. I just cannot do a time selection. When I open an old project where I was able to do so, I am able to do so. So if I erase everything on this project I can start with a new project that lets me do my time selections. If I create a new project, I cannot do a time selection. It has been doing this to me only recently, not before 3.0 Do I miss something ?

I add that I can do shift + right/left to scroll with the keys, and this works (of course it is slow). But then, no matter what I do with my mouse, I cannot drag the time selection markers, it's like the mouse cannot do anything about time selection markers. It doesn't change it's icon when it gets on them, etc.

I saw this problem once and in that case it was that "L"ocking was turned on. Check the Options menu.
