Plugin manager

Is there some sort of plugin manager in reaper? Something that lists all the VST's and allows you to select which ones you want visible etc? I thought I'd read that there was but searching the forums for "plugin manager" doesn't bring anything up

FX Browser (from main menu View : FX Browser, or Shift+F). In FX Browser window, there may be interestning for you Options > Show in FX list > ...multiple various selections (e.g. starting with # prefix are hidden ones, so you can rename some, then untck this selection and they won't be presented in list anymore, later you can re-enable to view those hidden, rename some needed back by removing # in front and again untick that selection,.. you get the idea)

Yes, per project, or more like per "ProjectBay" because you can open project bay saved from different project... Just spend some time with ots menus and options to get an idea what it can do.
