Mouse Wheel Raster on secondary screen

The Mouse Wheel Raster is a function I use in u-he's Presswerk to dial in values with my mousewheel. It works fine when the plugin is located on the primary screen, where the TCP is. As oon as I move it to the secondary screen, where the MCP is, then the Mouse Wheel Raster function stops working. The Mouse Wheel Raster function can be found on most of u-he's products, so I guess more people should have this problem. I am using Reaper v6.08 x64 on Windows 10 LTSC 2019.

It's probably a bug on u-he side rather than Reaper side.

I doubt it, because I demoed the NI LA-2A compressor a year ago and there were also issuses on the secondary screen. But maybe you are right. I honoustly don't know...

Can you confirm that behavior in other DAWs if you own them?

No, I can't. I have Reaper only. No need for more DAW's.. :)

After some more testing I can conclude that all u-he plugins are having this issue, so this is not a Reaper issue. Some other plugins (Springs by Audio Thing for example) are working fine on both screens.
