VobBlanker- Can't cut a cell AND blank a title at the same time?

Ok, this is probably a basic question... So I just ran a movie through VobBlanker, and I did two things: 1, cut a piece of the first cell of the movie (to remove a studio logo sequence); 2, blanked out several titles (FBI warnings, trailers, other studio logos). When I ran VobBlanker the first time, all it did was Blank the titles... I had to run it again to cut the piece out of the movie title. Is this a fluke, or is it an inherent constraint in VobBlanker? Will I always have to process twice if I'm doing two different kinds of operations?
