Double Taskbar on Windows 8.1

Hi, I'm using a displaylink DVI to USB adaptor on Windows 8.1, software version 7.6.5. All of sudden, I'm getting double taskbars on my secondary monitor - the one plugged into the adaptor. Thanks

Ran Windows update. There didn't seem to be any Graphics Updates but when I restarted it was gone. Thanks
