Best Pitch Software

Hey guys, I need to finish a project where I need to drop alot of guitars 2 semitones. I have Waves Soundshifter and Soundtoys Speed - not really digging the sound. I'm gonna try Serato's Pitch n Time, but is there anything else besides Elastic Audio that I should be considering? Thanks! Sig

Funnily enough, I think EA with X-Form is probably one of the best out there *for pitch*- but make sure you have "formant enabled" switched on.

Celemony Melodyne might do the trick : )

Melodyne studio, use the global edit window when exporting the complete track. Have moved whole sub mixes down a semitone or tone using this.

I've been using Prosoniq's TimeFactory2 for many years. It's a stand alone app., but I've slowed tunes down as much as 18% and it sounds GREAT. I'm not talking about simple tones, but complex, orchestral and rhythmic tunes. You can get more info at where you can DL a demo and listen to tweaked files online. It's a GREAT application!!

I've got Pitch 'n Time, Speed and X-Form. For guitars I like X-Form the best (use the default setting). Takes a lot of time, but worth it.
